Mike Nishnick was an outstanding listing agent! I was extremely impressed by the time and attention to detail he put in when I contacted him about listing my home. He really provided full service, he made staging suggestions prior to the afternoon he dedicated to personally coming out to photograph the property. Which was another great thing about working with Mike he was personally always available to answer any calls or questions. In today's market where anything is selling I have heard so many stories of subpar customer service, It was definitely a great comfort to know not only would I never receive anything but the best and most knowledgeable service but so would the potential buyers of my home and their agents.
